By accessing or using meyoume, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

meyoume is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching mobile application that helps users track their health data, receive personalized guidance, and achieve their wellness goals.

The service includes:

  • AI chat coaching powered by advanced language models
  • Nutrition tracking (meals, calories, macronutrients)
  • Exercise and activity logging
  • Water intake and hydration tracking
  • Weight and progress monitoring
  • Fasting timer and eating window tracking
  • Mood and journal entries
  • Data visualization and insights

User Accounts

To use meyoume, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use meyoume. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

AI Coaching Disclaimer

Important: meyoume is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice.

The AI coach provides general health and fitness information based on your inputs. It is NOT a doctor, dietitian, or licensed healthcare professional.

Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before:

  • Starting any new diet or exercise program
  • Making significant changes to your nutrition
  • Taking any actions based on AI recommendations
  • Addressing any health concerns or medical conditions

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns, please consult your doctor before using meyoume.

User Content & Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into meyoume (meals, workouts, journal entries, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use this data to:

  • Provide the AI coaching service
  • Generate personalized recommendations
  • Create visualizations and insights
  • Improve the app experience

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app
  • Abuse or spam the AI chat service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Scrape or copy app content without permission
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

Subscription & Payments

meyoume may offer subscription plans for premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee at the selected billing interval
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Cancellation at any time through your App Store account settings

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Service Availability

We strive to keep meyoume available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or outages
  • Third-party service disruptions

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEYOUME AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Health issues or injuries resulting from app use
  • Reliance on AI-generated recommendations
  • Third-party service failures (OpenAI, Supabase, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated advice or recommendations
  • Achievement of any specific health or fitness results
  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation
  • Security against all possible threats

Intellectual Property

The meyoume app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by meyoume and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
